We just launched the new user interface for LEXpertise.com. The new look is intended to make it easier to use, facilitate networking and encourage the formation of groups.

There are some new features, like email messages that notify group members of new posts. The delivery of email messages can be controlled by each user and each group. This will make it easier for everyone to post news, events, and items of interest. The new search tools makes it much faster to find information.

I received an inquiry from a potential client (who came from my LinkedIn profile) looking for a business attorney to form a new entity and purchase an existing website business. The new company has team members spread out in different locations: DC, Chicago, Utah, Brazil, Japan.

I indicated that we could not represent the client because our firm does not have attorneys admitted to practice in any of those jurisdictions.

The client would like to find an attorney in Utah. Can anyone recommend a business attorney in Utah?

I've been contacted through another networking group by someone looking for attorney to provide guidance to another person who recently left his prior employer in the technology space and is at risk of losing his stock warrants. The individual is located in Boston.
